"The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. The bed was a little soft for my preference. And my shower was tiny. It was so convenient to the rail station and for walking around Bath. "

10/10 Excellent
"Very comfortable mattress and quiet. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great location which is near the town centre.
Unfortunately the air conditioning is not cool enough."
"The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was perfectly appointed with everything I needed. All the appliances were easy to use and added to the experience of my stay.
There was plenty of hot and cold options for breakfast from yogurts, cereal, fruit, cheese, ham to scrambled eggs, baked beans, hash browns, bacon, sausages and even waffles and croissants. The breakfast area was light and bright and food options were regularly replenished.
I would definitely recommend this hotel."
"Our first room wasn’t great, safe not working, lamp not working and shade torn, pillows were more like cushions, curtains torn and very creased! Desperately in need of a revamp. We were moved to a different room on our 2nd day which was an improvement but still in need of a revamp. Rooms are tired. For the price we paid we expected it to be 4 star but it’s more like 3 star. No Tissues or facecloths - Little things but necessary and what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. No fridge in room either, again what you expect to be the norm when paying £150 per night.
The great thing about it is that dogs can stay £30 per dog per stay) and are welcome in 2 restaurants, it was great to be able to take them with us at breakfast. All bedrooms that allow dogs are on ground floor which is great.
The first night we had ate in the restaurant, we both ordered the chicken burger and chips, chips were cold and seemed to have been reheated several times,
we returned them, they were replaced with more of the same. I think they were frozen chips but they were inedible. We didn’t eat there again! On the plus side breakfast was good.
Overall the hotel is in a great spot, dogs allowed is the big draw for us and the parking, but rooms are really disappointing. I did hear some have been revamped but really the ones that haven’t shouldn’t be used or used at a discounted rate and guests told in advance.

"Facilities Excellent for budget hotel. Although a mile from city centre there are frequent buses from the rail/bus station (Nos 1, 5, U1) stopping within 200 m of the hotel.
The Mint Room, straight across the road from the hotel offers, in my experience, some of the finest Indial uisine in Europe. Not cheap but excellent value for money, with superb service,"
"A weekend away in the beautiful city of Bath. The hotel Indigo is literally a few minutes walk from the main attractions. Our room was lovely, clean, cozy and I loved the decor. Definitely will be going back. "
"We booked a room as part of a wedding party .wedding was at 2pm.
Check in is 4pm which is quite late ,we had to be in the orangery for 4pm so staff managed to check us in 3.40pm .Room was perfect, slept well, breakfast amazing. Food at the wedding of Becky and Mark was incredible. Our first visit here and we will definitely return and use the pool/spa as we didn't get chance to on this occasion.
Check out at 11am is good, no rushing around. Thankyou for a lovely stay "
"This hotel is in the perfect location to explore Bath. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite and we loved our stay here as a family. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but this did not impact on our stay at all. The bar area is really welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great stay"
