Top Brooklyn Historical Society Hotel Reviews
Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel
8/10 Good
"Nice location, very central to everything; shops, transport, parks, both Brooklyn & Manhattan bridges & heaps of restaurants. Shower head in the bathroom wasn’t very good & the wifi always cuts out or not working at all. The staff are lovely & the rooms are very clean & spacious. Good gym too."
Placemakr Wall Street
8/10 Good
"I stayed in a Studio Sky, which offered a comfortable room and bed, a spacious bathroom along with a fantastic view of Front Street. The amenities included a small fridge, a hot water kettle with tea bags, and a large TV equipped with several streaming apps, though you need to log in with your own accounts. While the Wi-Fi on the 27th floor was somewhat unstable, it provided a decent speed of 50Mbps when connected. This hotel, previously a WeLive communal co-living space, features shared kitchens and laundry facilities though some of the larger suites have their own mini-kitchens. Its location is superb, conveniently situated near subways and casual dining options, making it an ideal base for exploring lower Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn, and the 9/11 Memorial. The lobby is a pleasant spot to enjoy coffee, and the staff is friendly. However, be aware that several nearby office buildings are undergoing conversion to residential use, which means you might experience some construction noise during the day and occasionally at night for the foreseeable future."
Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown
8/10 Good
"All good. Great location and close to some good food."
DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown
8/10 Good
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived several hours before check in and were unsure what we would do with our luggage but once we arrived we were informed that there was an area dedicated to luggage storage. This really helped as we were able to leave our bag while we went about our day before we could check in and have somewhere to store our bag the next day before left the city."
Holiday Inn Express New York City- Wall Street by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"The breakfasts were very good. Every day was some sort of egg and some sort of meat. All was very good. The only thing I did not like was no coffee in the room and the shower water was never hot. It was warm but never hot so showers were very short. That was the only big drawback with staying here"
