"I wish I knew the gentleman's name who greeted us & gave us awesome recommendations on what to do & where to eat. The breakfast was fresh & a wonderful assortment to choose from (thank you for making it 'free'). Our room was very large & very clean, the views of the mountains were beautiful! The shower pressure was great and water hot. My ONLY COMPLAINT was that the pool was under construction and it was NEVER STATED ANYWHERE, except the front desk after check in. This was one of the reasons we stayed there and the female clerks were sorta rude and said it was stated on their websight...FYI, IT ISN'T!!! My Only recommendation is my room needed another trashcan or 2 & a slightly larger fridge would have been helpful. If I am ever in Roanoke again I would definitely stay there!"

"Room was spacious and clean with a comfortable desk/work area. The bathroom was small but adequate. Parking was easy, felt safe. Near major highways but I heard no traffic noise in my room. Breakfast options were sparse but reasonable given the low cost of the room. Truly a good deal - I’ll stay here again when I’m in the area. "

"Outstanding location. Easy walk to restaurants and market. Rooms are very spacious! Front Desk staff was kind and helpful. Hotel may be continually adding amenities. Room did not have full length mirror; bedside lights were only on off from wall switch; motion detectors in the bedroom ceiling were distracting; no microwave yet huge countertops— wonderful space. Refrigerator was retro and good size. Robes are nice. Towels were soft. "

"Property is very clean and staff was super friendly. Only issue was we were told at checkin that Expedia oversold the 2 queen bed room we selected, so they offered us a suite which was a king bed (super comfortable) and a full size sleeper sofa - unfortunately not comfortable for my daughter and teenage granddaughter. Would definitely stay again and hope to get the room we select."

"The breakfast eggs weren't exactly hot; but that isn't much of a problem. The only issue I had was the shower. Anyone under 5'10" might have a problem reaching the shower head, so the shower configuration might be out of reach for short[er] people. "
