"The staff is very nice and helpful and made my stay more enyoable. However, do have in mind that if your room doesn't have a refrigerator and microwave, they aren't allowed to store your food in their restaurant refrigerator nor heat it in their microwave. Also the kitchen seems to close at 9:30pm, an hour before the restaurant closes."

The location was very central with all the visitor attractions and things to do in walking distance. The only issue was the poor air conditioning, which was much needed due to the unseasonable extreme heat. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would visit again should we return to Cologne."

"The hotel is amazing. The bar was very good but understaffed, I felt bad for one lady working really hard and overtime because someone called in and didn’t get any help. Restaurant was so slow for food. We ordered and waited an hour and never even got bread. So we left before our food came and just went to KFC"
