The private garden, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, includes a private outdoor pool with sunbathing area, loungers and an outdoor shower. • A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank).
• In the event of damage or rule violations, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover the costs.

• Online check-in is required after booking (upload of documents and selfies for all guests).
• Your data will be handled in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist rental agreement must be signed. The contract is in Italian, and a courtesy English version will be provided before arrival.

Keys and documents are handed over at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste collection system is in place. Please dispose of all rubbish correctly before departure.
