"Absolutely superb stay as always! Beautiful ‘Prince William Suite’, delicious food, wonderful breakfast and amazing staff who were all courteous, friendly and kind, and very accommodating of our 2 month old!"

"Breakfast or should I say lack of it was dreadful. The coffee machines were broken. No brown bread, short of staff, no poached eggs and no porridge. Only full fat yoghurts and couldn't get a coffee"

"Parking was great. The staff were fantastic. The bar was ok. We do not drink. A little pricey but understandably as it is such a high class place"

"Room service awful. Food stone cold sent back . Very noisy , when the room doors closed the slammed and shook the room. Bad"

"Alongside the canal in Chester, with the gym opposite. Well situated for a walk into the historic centre of the city. Good parking available opposite and excellent dining!"

"Make sure you get the room you ordered and not at the seperate cheap and horrible room in the other side of the Hotel complained and moved us booked for two days hotel said one night supervisor manager pedro agreed 2 day room was locked after we cane back from shopping and hotel wanted to charge double the rate. Been a few times but will never go back. Really disappointed "
