"Welcoming staff and a good location"

"This is a pleasant hotel in an excellent location, close to the M56. The staff are very friendly and helpful particularly those in the restaurant. Rooms are well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is good with plenty of choice and well stocked. There is a big, free car park which can get busy due to the sports facilities on site. Highly recommended."

"The reception area is really smart and well lit. Id asked if an early checkin was available however didnt get a response. We checked in at 3. The room was clean and a good size. I would say a little dated and the bathroom was very dated. The bedding was replaced as it had rips in. Breakfast staff were brilliant and very friendly on both days. The majority of the reception staff were polite however at check out the lady in recption spoke to my through her computer and didnt even look at me when she was talking. "

"Stayed here for two nights and were impressed with the room, the friendly staff and how easy it is to get into Chester in 10 minutes. My wife used the pool each morning and said it was lovely & clean, we didn't bother with breakfast so can't really comment on the food. We visited the bar in the evenings where there was a great atmosphere and the service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again."
