Great stop over

Had a great one night's stay. Lovely welcome by Muskan. We had a great night's sleep and enjoyed the food. The leisure centre was clean and well equipped. Easy access to Chester. Definitely recommend staying here.

Hotel Mercure went the extra mile to accommodate our need for a ground floor room for our disabled dog. All communications were prompt and courteous, and when we checked on the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. This all helped ease the issues of travelling with a beloved disabled pet and we really appreciated all they did for us. Would definitely recommend them, and definitely stay there again should we return to Chester.

Stayed to see relatives hotel was welcoming and friendly a few guests had a few arguments we thought it was like Jeremy Kyle for a bit but the hotel itself was great. We have been here before The pools made it the experience

Excellent location close to Chester, only a 10 mi ute drive and about £8 to £10 in a taxi. Public areas very clean, as was the room. Very good size bedrooms and effective heating, a bonus when it is cold! Good leisure facilities too

We stayed in a convenient ground floor room which was very convenient. Another time would choose shower or disabled as bath shower tricky.Enjoyed the warm swimming pool. A good stay.
