Why advertise a property with no hot water or heating in peak winter??!! The description of facilities shared was small print on hotel.com site , so you can imagine my frustration on arrival Accommodations caretaker not responding or returning calls for support. Avoid the accommodation and all others owned by this firm … total fraud. I expect compensation "
