"We stayed for two nights, as we combined our stay from London to Alton towers Hotel was clean and inviting on arrival Unexpectedly you have to pay for the parking as was explained when we arrived There were two events in the evening of the two days we stayed. Which then when we arrived later back in the evening there was limited parking so we then had to park outside the hotel! Surely the hotel guests have the priority over the parking we got our payment back as compensation. A few people complained. Overall rooms and bathrooms were clean and bathrooms had a nice shower Breakfast was nice and always being replenished. A nice stay"

"I booked this property for a last minute stay which meant the booking platforms were not able to confirm everything immediately with the host. It would probably be best to book at least two nights in advance due to this. The host was understanding however, and we managed to sort things after contacting the booking platform’s customer line. Other than that, the property itself was lovely and exactly as advertised; it’s a home away from home, perfect for a family or group vacation. There are two reception rooms, a large dining area, kitchen and 4 double bedrooms with one being a en-suite. Within the local area, there are shops and a small retail park nearby, so everything is handy. The host was quite effective with communication; they checked to make sure everything was okay and gave all the information needed for our stay - I would definitely book this property again."

"Although the accommodation is spacious, the mattresses were very soft. In the kitchen and bathroom there is no extractor fans. Having said this the accommodation does benefit from ample light and scenic views as there are many windows in both rooms."

"We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play."
