"great location, clean and tidy but needs some TLC, reception staff were wonderful, breakfast staff were very attentive, bar staff rude, staff rose garden outside were disinterested with no service skill. breakfast were a good selection and great quality, day menu in the garden was dreadfuil, over priced and poor standard.
