"Nice, homey alternative to the big resorts. Very good location and very close to the restaurants in the area. Breakfast was simple toast and eggs.
We didn't read our booking closely enough and didn't realize there was a shared bathroom, but we are not picky and it was fine and quite clean. Only very minor complaint would be there were only 1 pair of towels provided (and no hand towels) and no bath mat to dry off your feet outside the shower."

"We had a great vacation with our immediate family of 18 people! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us to eat together at dinner each night (not an easy feat!) They also had all of our food allergies documented and made sure our food was safe to eat. The property was well maintained and the staff was very attentive and responsive. We also enjoyed the water slides! The highlight was seeing iguanas and capybaras at the pool! A great time was had by all!"

"We spent a week at Villas de Mar, it was a perfect spot for us. We spent half our time enjoying the location itself and then rented a car and did a number of excursions. The kids loved the beach and spent tons of time in the pool. The grounds are very well manicured and so is the beach area . Our three children slept in the spare room but in their own beds which they appreciated The unit has lots of space.and there’s a great commercial area nearby you can access tons of meal options. The kitchen in the unit was decently stocked as well. One of the washrooms wasn’t functioning while we were there but the other two full baths worked great.thanks for opening your space up for us. We had an amazing time."

"This is a beautiful location on the beach. The host - Stephen, handles the process professionally from start to finish. The inside is clean with all updates and conveniences from coffee maker to beach towels. Outside is a perfect spot to relax on the beach, chill out, swim and snorkel. The residents in the building are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay with a great host and I would highly recommend!"
"Perfect location for exploring Puerto Aventuras! We loved being minutes from all of the restaurants and cafes, and a walk down the streee to pickleball courts and gelato! This suite was perfect for our family of 7 - very spacious and super comfortable beds. We hope to return soon!"
