"This was a wonderful resort, my boyfriend & I did the all inclusive plan, which I think was the smartest thing to do. The staff was very nice, pool side service, clean rooms, great food, the outdoor areas were well maintained, & the people were amazing. I would recommend this property 1000%. I will be coming back again."

"Room service was hit and miss, same with poolside service. 40% of the time long wait times for onsite restraunt seating. Positives were most staff were friendly and helpful (even after we made clear we were not going to attend a presentation for time share sales). Cleaning staff were very helpful, did a good job on our room and were always providing towels (which were very comfortable). Good experience overall. We were under the impression that Palmar was considered a 4 star hotel. We also were lead to believe by Expedia advertising that the hotel had other amenities such as pools with waterside, not the case. And while there is access to the beach, it is NOT swimable. On our first day, my daugter ran to ocean. We are both good swimmers. Rip tip just about sucked her into the ocean. Inhad to rebuild her confidence a few days later at a more swim able, safer beach. Beautiful location, ocean view, nice older resort. 3.5 stars."

"I would stay here again, my room was decent size, the bathroom is large and the amenities were okay, then again, I don’t know that I would be the best to answer the questionnaire as I was only there for one night. The reason I don’t give the hotel 5 stars is because some areas need to be updated. The location though is excellent."

"La playa no es apta para nadar. Muy fuerte la corriente y olas altas La alberca está excelente, climatizada Muy buena ubicación La vista de habitación Ocean view está muy padre El restaurant italiano tiene una vista expectacular y muy buen servicio. La comida muy rica. Precio acorde a lo esperado a los cabos excepto x las bebidas q me pareció exageradamente alto Me ayudaron mucho en recepción para quedarme otro día extra porq se enfermó mi hijo. Tienen lavandería. Nos encantó jugar pickelball (sin costo antes de las 630pm) La alberca cierra 8pm La cocina dentro de la habitación muy práctica Lo único malo es que dejé una sombrilla en la habitación. Regresé un par de horas después cuando me di cuenta y nunca apareció. Mal sabor de boca aunque no era un artículo caro es imposible q no lo hubieran visto x el tamaño Bastante lejos de la zona de restaurantes si no traes auto para moverte Caminar con el calor de los cabos no es una buena opción Hay un mini Market bastante grande pero los precios muy elevados. Si traes carro hay Oxxo y Walmart muy cerca Enfocado a mercado extranjero No estoy seguro si regresaría a menos que fuera con la mentalidad de preparar alimentos en la habitación y estar en la alberca todo el día"
