"We arrived at the property full of anticipation. When at reception desk, the lady who was working was extremely rude and unhelpful. "Ideal location in Cala Bona, our room had an ocean view and a nice sized balcony. Room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, small fridge, hairdryer and safe. Outdoor pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds although they were all taken by 9am. There is also a separate sundeck away from the pool together with a small indoor pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were on half board, both breakfast and dinner are buffet-style with a variety of both hot and cold food."

"Pros: The room was clean. The location is excellent: just a one-minute walk from a beautiful beach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need nearby. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, especially being so close to the beach, and the pool area was lovely and a great place to relax. Our room was a good size and had a nice view overlooking the pool, which was a bonus. The hotel is about an hour from Palma Airport, so it’s worth keeping the transfer time in mind. The food could definitely use an upgrade, and the amenities were somewhat limited. If you’re planning to explore the surrounding area, I would recommend hiring a car, as it makes getting out and about much easier. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel for its great location, lovely pool, and comfortable rooms."
