"Booked a staycation in a 2 bedroom suite for my grad school graduation party. Karen was so accommodating and sweet when checking us in and welcoming my family for a quick visit. A man who helped with our bags and unloading was also wonderful and so friendly. I think his name was Doug? We were on the 10th floor above the pool, and the views of the beach, sunsets, and pool were stunning! The mattress in the master suite left a lot to be desired. Only major complaint is that I wish the pool and hot tub were open a bit later! The pool was fun, the hot tub was just okay; needs restored. Overall, we loved the room and would stay again. Can’t beat the location."

"When I reserve my room was las casitas area but when I arrived they said not available but they gave me a better room with bountiful views I appreciate that and very good customer service "
