"The hotel is in a fantastic location in Bayeux. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Bayeux. Bayeux itself is in easy driving distance to all the Normandy D-Day locations. The staff could not have been friendlier. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a good European breakfast. "Right next to ferry port so very easy to find. Rooms basic but good enough for 2 people. if you want to watch TV there are no English channels. Breakfast was fine for a continental one and is included in the price. Small charge for secure car parking. However it wasn't that secure as one morning when i was leaving to visit some D day locations we found a migrant in the boot of the car. "Great location if you are driving. Parking in town is a real pain. This property is outside of the main city and has a nice secure parking lot. A lot of tours use this hotel. This hotel is newer and more modern than most hotels in town. "

"The room was small but perfectly adequate. Kitchen is OK, good microwave. Plenty of utensils though luckily I am tall as everything was in a high cupboard. Very nice little patio outside and the hotel is a short walk to both a Carrefour supermarket and Gold Beach. Good choice."
