We were looking in downtown Calvi but were attracted to this property given the proximity to the beach, the pool and water slide and the 2bd/ 2ba accommodations. Overall we had an amazing stay! The beach is incredible. It was also cool to be the only Americans on the property. This was a little hard on our daughter as she couldn’t really make friends but overall she didn’t mind when she went on the water...

"A very odd arrangement for a hotel. Where you have to empty out the bins and the towels. No TV in the room, which is a first in my experience for over 25 years! The shower was just big enough to get in.. Very basic hotel."
"We were there in mid-October so very much the low season. Wouldn't want to be there in high season - not my scene. Comfortable accommodation with all the basics - small cooker, microwave, fridge, etc. There is a long windy road to approach this place - approx. 2.5km - which has a lot of potholes. You get used to it! We had first line sea view accommodation so great for sunsets, etc."

"We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a week in June to explore the area of and around Calvi. The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to the highway, about 7 minute walk to the old part of the city and marina, as well as hiking trails right across the street that went for miles along the coast line. I cannot say enough about the kindness and friendliness of the staff. We speak very little french and the staff was so helpful explaining customs, giving advice or recommendations. At departure we were offered the chance to store our luggage and return after check out time with the option to take a shower if needed before heading back to the airport. So kind! Our room was comfortable and had a patio with an incredible view of the light house across the bay. I would not hesitate a moment to return to this wonderful, family owned little gem!"

We didnt take breakfast but hotel bar open day and drinks quiet resonable would definately stay again rooms are on the small size though.
