A timeless setting to spend a family holiday or unwind after work! Our 135m² house decorated with care and elegance offers you a beautiful living space with living room, dining room, kitchen and sunny exterior.
On the first floor, two spacious bedrooms including a master suite with shower room. On the second floor, a bedroom and a bathroom. Many services are provided for your well-being. Free car space. A 10-minute walk from the train station and the city center.

House designed as a base for 5 people with sheets and towels provided.
Possibility of 8 beds with a double mattress and a single inflatable mattress of very good quality. The rooms are very large, so you can add these beds if needed. For extra beds, linen is not provided.
Children's bath, high chair and children's crockery.

Great location and lots of space

This property is in a convenient location with lots of parking and close to anything you need in cambrai. Could be a good base for touring Vimy Ridge and other WW1 war sites. It’s spacious. We were a family of 4 adults and had lots of room. Many stairs in this house so make sure everyone is physically well. Cambrai is a lovely city that maintains its true French heritage. We will be back.

belle maison mais des prestations trop insatisfaisantes pour le prix

maison très bien située,au calme, belle décoration MAIS... 1/l'agence qui nous accueille estime que 19h c'est tard pourtant c'etait convenu 20h avec la propriétaire 2/ pas de chauffage à l'arrivée avec des enfants , 2h pour avoir une douce chaleur 3/ le volet roulant de la chambre n 1 défectueux: après avoir peiné a le descendre, il n'ai jamais remonté 4/l'annonce dit 5 couchages avec linge de maison + 1 matelas douche et 1 simple gonflable de très bonne qualité sans linge de maison. MAIS le grand matelas avait un boudin de percé donc utilisable que pour 1 personne , l'autre a dormi sur le canapé... MAIS pas de couette ou couverture ni oreillers pour ces couchages gonflables . ce n'a pas été signalé ni dans l'annonce ni par la propriétaire... 5/ chambre n2 pseudo sommier ( de vulgaires planches de bois ) cassées . nous ne l'avions pas vu à notre arrivée le soir . il a fallu poser le matelas au sol. 6/ j'ai signalé tout ceci à la propriétaire mais elle n'a pas daigné nous répondre malgré ma relance. Conclusion: de très mauvaises prestations au niveau des chambres .... dommage car la maison est belle .
