"Very nice hotel. Clean, really good amenities in the room. I didn't use the public spaces on this visit but they were very attractive, and looked inviting. Having the ability to make a meal in the room was excellent and all of the fixtures and fittings were excellent quality. I would 100% chose to stay in this hotel again if I return to Cambridge, which I hope to do as everyone I bet was very helpful and nice. For those people wanting a base to visit Addenbrooks hospital there is a bus stop right outside the hotel so whilst it's not the closest it is very convenient. I look forward to returning. "

"Great check in experience. Got there before 1pm and my room was ready. The staff ran through all I needed to know about the hotel and virtually took me to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, which had a small kitchenette. Nice to have a Nespresso machine, great touch. I had a great nights sleep in a lovely bed, what more could you want. The shower was easy to use even for me! You push a button and works! Brilliant. The building itself is stunning, especially the restaurant/bar which has lots of history. All the staff there are so helpful and kind, I’ll be coming back that’s for sure. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, got checked in swiftly by Emily who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay, very accommodating and nothing was too much to ask. We did have issues with heating but the gentleman on the night shift provided us with heaters that were more than sufficient heating our room up perfectly. Room was spotless, cleaned by Beti, thank you! Buffet breakfast was plentiful and filling, everywhere looked very clean and welcoming. We look forward to coming back again!"

"Clean room , shame the paint was flaking in the bathroom and a bit dodgy in the main room too , could do with a fresh coat."
