"We booked two rooms through Expedia, but the hotel had only reserved one room for us. It took the staff over 30 minutes during check-in to identify and resolve the issue. Because the second room had not been reserved in advance, the rooms were not close to each other and were actually located on different floors. This was extremely inconvenient for our group, especially since we were traveling with a child and seniors. We expected the hotel to have both rooms properly reserved and, ideally, located near each other as part of the same booking."

"We went last year for our anniversary. My husband and I and we loved it. So we win this year again with our two younger boys and we went to the pool and escape Room and it was Amazing. We love. It will be back next year."

"Only problem was Edgewood Bistrô, I did book for speciql dinner out side and They seated people without reservations in a good spot, while we were placed next to the area where dirty dishes are collected.. i was so sad case was wedding anniversary…"
