"I love Chateau Lake Louise, but please bring back the sledding hill somewhere some how! Trading in childhood joy to build a spa that costs 1000.00 dollars a day for a family of 4 just seems sacrilege. Fairmont is iconic and there is no place like it. I have high standards for the place and it often meets it!"

We appreciated the recently renovated suite and the pool area. Excellent place to stay! It really stood out from other places we have stayed in Banff and we will definitely be back. "
