"The room was great! Miguel and Natasha were wonderful!! The only thing we didn't like was we wish there were more signs for people not to invade your space. We rented a cabana at the main pool and people kept coming in our area."

"We’ve stayed in both the trendy and tower rooms before, and while the tower is our favorite for the extra space, amenities, and views (wink!), you’ll have a fantastic trip no matter which you choose. Our butlers Alex and Nacho were amazing and so helpful when we needed to extend our trip 2 nights due to a cancelled flight. I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve heard a lot of complaints from repeat guests (mostly members, which we are not) regarding recent changes, but this trip may have been our favorite, and we will certainly be back. It is the frontline employees that continue to make TTR exceptional."

"We had a wonderful time at GR Solaris Cancun and Spa. Traveled with another couple. Everyone from reception to concierge to servers in all of the restaurants and bars and servers at the pool area were excellent. Very kind, fast, friendly and they all work so hard. Special shout out to Angel and Feliciano, great energy and friendliness.We already miss you guys! Food was great, lots of choices and fresh and delicious. During our 1 week stay, we had 3 dinners at specialty restaurants and our favorite was Mexican Don Gus restaurant. The dishes they had were not your typical Mexican food and they had great wine and beautiful view of the beach. As far as entertainment, every night at 9 pm they had an amazing show, we enjoyed all of them very much and they are all very talented. I can't recommend this resort enough, we had amazing time and would love to come back."
