The room was cleaned daily and the room service was a nice touch. All of the alcohol was high end and it felt like a considerable step up from some other properties in the area. The only let down was the beach, which was quite small and covered in weeds."

"Consistently bothered to upgrade with inconsistent prices. Everyone we worked with from the lobby to the staff was confused and took an absurd amount of time to get help. Many places were closed with no notice when up and running. Beach was horrific. Paid 150 a night to upgrade ocean view and it was a partial view and covered by trees. Wedding held right out our room was going until midnight "

They treated us with genuine kindness and made the entire experience feel special. Our room was excellent as well comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. What really impressed me was that the director and assistant director personally took time out of their busy day twice to ask how we were enjoying the facility.
