Parking inside the residence.
All shops nearby, bus service in front of the Europa stop residence (Canet Olympic swimming pool), 1500 m from the beach.

A good apartment on a disappointing site.

The apartment was very equipped; however a proper bed with a good mattress would have improved. (Vrbo didn't make it clear that there would be no sheets or towels). The owner was very helpful. (Vrbo did not give us the exact address on a very large site!). We would not stay there again due to lack of facilities: no boulangère, no shop for groceries, a charge per day for the swimming pool and odd opening hours for the inadequate restaurant and bar.

Bonne situation

Appartement de bonne taille avec un bel extérieur ce qui est un atout par rapport à ce qu’il se fait dans la région. Il est situé proche de tout même à pied (grande surface, piscine municipale, piste cyclable). Le complexe Malibu village dans lequel est l’appartement est au coeur de tous les axes pour se rendre à Canet, Perpignan, st Cyprien, Argelès etc…pour profiter d’un séjour agréable et varié. Malibu est un endroit assez calme et verdoyant Bref tout est réuni pour de bonnes vacances.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour deux semaines. Il était très bien, assez grand et propre avec son balcon très agréable, bien situé. Le gérant immobilier est très sympathique, et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Vaste 2 pièces bien agencé, lumineux, disposant d'une grande terrasse et situé idéalement pour rayonner sur la région. Parking commun, réservé à la copropriété au pied de l'immeuble. Bonne literie, wc indépendant et robinetterie de bonne facture. Le + : machine à laver (un insignifiant détail : manque quelques pinces à linge!) Très bonne réception Wifi. Résidence sans nuisances sonores car occupée en majorité par résidents à l'année.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Résidence calme mais un peu vieillissante. Dommage qu’il faut payer pour accéder à la piscine. Proche du centre commercial pour les courses mais tout se fait en voiture..Bien dans l’ensemble.
