Our building is one of the rare gems in the old part of the city, boasting marble interiors and a brand-new elevator servicing all floors. Each room has been designed as a cozy haven of comfort and elegance, blending contemporary design with the charm of the Riviera.
Casa d’Azur partners with Café La Bohème to offer specialty coffees, breakfasts and freshly squeezed juices for the convenience of its customers as an additional service, located on the ground floor (grand opening in April 2026).
The Studio Nice (20 m²) offers a bright, modern, and refined setting, ideal for couples, business travelers, or extended stays.
