"Is by the lake and city boats are half block walk.This Hotel has everthing a guess espect as 4 stars,Amazing view at the lake. personel,very polite and profesional even the gardener take care my family guide them at the wirpool and pool,delicious dinners, good quility breakfast was great. "This property was beautiful. The location was ideal and so easy to visit the little towns around the lake by public boat. You could make it anywhere around the laje in under 10 minutes. The staff was amazing, food was great, the views were stunning. Everything had so much character. We had the best time and we'd love to go back. "

"Great stay. It is an eco hotel, so it’s not necessarily for the most high maintenance of people who are used to the Hilton. But the rooms were clean and comfortable, the property is beautiful, the location is great— short walk to San Juan, the food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. Wish I could’ve stayed longer but they were booked up. "

"The property is located in a remote area away from the town and the public dock. I feel safe being on the property. The property features a beautiful garden, pool, and jacuzzi with stunning views. The property offers relaxing massages for a fee and has a good restaurant and a bar. However, it costs money to shuttle out every day and when we asked the boat to drop off at the hotel dock, they charged us $22/ docking. "

"Beautiful property would definately come back in the warmer months. A little away from main downtown Panajachel but the Tuktuk would pick us up no problems. Yvan was supernice and helpful. Walked 25min to the thermal waters and what a nice hike and experience. His brother the Chef cooked up some Syrian cuisine that was amazing! We only wish we had another day or two to try it again. Loved, loved, loved it!"

"I loved everything about this hotel. The views were stunning. The bathroom was so beautiful. My bed was so comfortable. I usually travel to explore but I booked this hotel specifically to relax and enjoy the hotel itself. Food and drinks were good as well. You can hear everything from the nearby rooms and the dogs will wake you up at 5:30am, but just in time for sunrise. The area itself is full of backpackers and hippies, not my scene but I stayed in the hotel. A 3 min walk is a park where you can jump off into the lake. I stayed on a rainy Sunday night so I didnt experience the loud music from neighboring spots. No ac but the fan was perfect. Definitely will stay here again."
