Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

- Amenities: The home is professionally cleaned after every guest. We provide fresh, hotel-quality linen, towels, an iron, ironing board, and on-site laundry facilities. A starter supply of individually wrapped tea, coffee, and sugar is also included.

- Guest Verification: For security and insurance purposes, we require the names of all staying guests and a copy of the lead guest's ID prior to check-in. This information will be requested via a secure link after booking.

- Lost Keys: Please be careful with the keys. A replacement fee will be charged for any lost keys to cover the cost of a locksmith and replacement
