"This is a no frills place to stay close to Mesa Verde. We checked in past the usual time and appreciated the phone call & text for specialized check-in instructions. We also appreciated the great water pressure & nice shower after a day exploring. The breakfast was also much better than most continental breakfasts with sausage, eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles, etc... The bed wasn't the most comfortable but for just a couple nights and for the price was just fine. We also wished there were more...

"On the surface it would appear rustic, but that is not the case. The comforts included with this Tipi are wonderful. This is glamping at its best with the full kitchen and beautiful bathroom. It was wonderful to sit out and enjoy the dark night sky. Gary and Rachel provided pellets for the wood stove which was necessary for the chilly nights. Gary also responded to any question I had within minutes. Great trip!"

"Property was very close to Delores with a remote wilderness feel. Saw lots of deer and horses. Only about 20 min. to Mesa Verde National Park. The only drawback was the sulfur smell from the hot water. We had a great stay."

"This was the perfect little cabin for us and the hosts were so nice! We were visiting our son in Dolores and Wendy and Paul have a spot that is like home away from home, which made it so nice to be able to have some great family time with our son.
