Location vétuste à minima

Malgré le panneau de signalisation d'entrée de la propriété prometteur, et un aspect extérieur avenant, l'intérieur de la propriété se révèle vétuste, à minima des prestations attendues. Service d'accueil moyen, pas de linge de toilette mis à disposition à l'arrivée, obtention de ceux-ci au bout de 2 jours. Prestations annexes : piscine, mal entretenue, eau verte peu engageante donc impropre à la baignade. Barbecue, sale non utilisable en l'état. Appareils électro-ménager vétuste ou inexistant. Cafetière italienne non nettoyée dans le placard de cuisine, poêle non nettoyée également. Ecoulement de l'au de l'évier de cuisine très faible, après réclamation ajustement réalisé en raison de travaux effectués récemment sur les canalisations. Aucun conseil de visites touristiques de la part du propriétaire. Mauvais ressenti général, heureusement que cette fin de séjour de vacances n'a duré que 3 jours.

Der vielversprechende erste Eindruck (Zufahrt und Lage) wurde leider recht schnell enttäuscht... Natürlich haben wir keine moderne Unterkunft erwartet - wir wollten ja auch den Charme eines toskanischen Bauernhauses. Allerdings hatten wir schon eine Unterkunft erwartet, die "in Schuss" gehalten wird und in der man sich wohl fühlen kann. Das innere des Anwesens wirkt insgesamt jedoch über Jahre heruntergekommen und wenig gepflegt; sogar die Fensterrahmen haben sich beim Öffnen und Schließen aufgelöst, sodass man neben altem, abgeblättertem Lack auch Holzfasern in der Hand hatte. Der beschriebene Balkon hat sich als kleiner Treppenabsatz herausgestellt, der aufgrund der Lage wohl sogar für zwei Einheiten gleichzeitig gewesen wäre. Der Wasserdruck war insgesamt flexibel, mal sehr hoch (hat sich vielleicht verstärkt, da die Düsen des Duschkopfes nur maximal zur Hälfte funktionsfähig waren) und mal sehr niedrig. Dass zu wenig Tassen (nur 1 und das bei 3 Schlafplätzen in der Wohnung) vorhanden war, wäre für den Frühstückskaffee nicht so schlimm gewesen, da Gläser vorhanden waren. Allerdings hat der vorhandene Gasherd nicht funktioniert (Gas immerhin bei einer von vier Stellen, Zündung jedoch nicht), sodass wir auch mangels weiterer Küchenausstattung kein Wasser erhitzen konnten. Auch hat die Sauberkeit der Wohnung nicht unseren rudimentärsten Vorstellungen entsprochen. Der vorhandene Swimmingpool hat einen schlecht gepflegten und wenig einladenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Auch die Grillstelle war faktisch nicht nutzbar. In der Beschreibung war keine Klimaanlage angeführt. Ärgerlich war für uns dann, dass eine solche in der Wohnung an der Wand hing, allerdings ohne Funktion... Gesamteindruck: war sicherlich mal schön, zwischenzeitlich aber nicht mehr gepflegt. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir auch frühzeitig abgebrochen.
