Fantastic, well appointed and well kept property. Cliff was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly to our inquiries. Home is situated in a very nice neighborhood and close to dining and a marina.Dont hesitate to book this property..You will be glad you did!!

Great Place, Don’t Overlook It

In town for a baseball tournament, location was central to the fields and the beach. Has a dock for fishing and a pool. The house is well stocked and everything was as described. Will stay here again if in town. The owner was prompt in replies and checked in during the stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect little oasis getaway

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Everything was clean and very home like. We spent 99% of the time out on the pool deck. It’s on a beautiful canal in the most beautiful neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Our kids haven’t stopped talking about it. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

This is the place to stay! After a 21 hr drive, this was a breath of fresh air to come to. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house is just as described, and even more beautiful than the pictures show it to be. Very spacious and has everything you would need and more. The pool area is amazing, we spent most of our time there as a family. Cliff was very nice and helpful, responded to messages very quickly. He also checked in with us during our stay insuring things were going well. Check in was also very simple. I would highly recommend this place to anyone planning to go to Cape Coral.
