Villa Kokomo is all about: "get there fast, and then you take it slow".

Villa Kokomo is a three bedroom, two bath, two car garage, on an extra wide canal. Master bedroom, with bath, is on one side and two bedrooms with bath, on the other side. In the center is the kitchen, eating nook and great room with comfortable furniture. Sleeps six with plenty of room for entertaining, eating, relaxing, sunning and all the fun stuff! The large and beautiful lanai includes the swimming pool, that is private, with ample room for lounges, relaxing and beautiful lanai furniture including tables, chairs, and comfortable swivels. All of this is under a brand new lanai/pool enclosure, with panoramic views to the brand new dock with Tiki Hut, canal and beautiful homes across the canal. Villa Kokomo has a southern exposure, is very inviting and welcoming. You always get the sun, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You are close to the beaches (25 min) and some of the best restaurants around. Villa Kokomo is well supplied, meeting most everyone's needs. You are most welcome. Cost is $ 275.00 per night.
