Everybody raves about the soothing peaceful location. South exposed, lanai enclosed large deck, heated pool,(heat pump), w awesome view of canal with river view, enjoy your morning coffee watching the boats passing by! 2 Kayaks available to enjoy the canal, fun fishing off the side of the canal. Dolphin and manatee sightings!

Quiet cul de sac, three large bedrooms/bath on one side, MB & Bath, walk-in closet on other side giving privacy! Heated pool great for lap swimming or just floating on, water toys, lounge chairs.
