I stay in guest house all the time and this was by far the best one I have ever stayed in. The room and facilities were much better than any photo and described it. Ideal base for exploring the Western Cape

We booked a room for one night only, as a stop over for our trip up the West Coast the next day. We were pleasantly surprised. Port House is spotless and well positioned. Our host Graham upgraded us to a double room free of charge, and was very informative on local spots we could try for dinner. Our room was stunning, with TV, A/C, Wi-Fi and a huge en suite bathroom fitted with a big shower, double basin and a big bath. Although our stay was brief, it was so pleasant and comfortable that we will definitely return for our next, hopefully longer stay.
