Beach Villa 2313, Upscale and Beautiful Beach Front Condo with Gorgeous Gulf

"Excellent vacation of 8 days. The only complaint I have is that the beach was misrepresented, in that we were expecting the sugar whit sand pictured, and that we were used to experiencing all along the gulf coast. However, it was a perfect time of the year and the beach was nearly deserted. So from that standpoint it was excellent. Nevertheless, for me it’s a deal breaker, even though every other aspect was excellent, or nearly so."

"We had a great weekend at this lovely, just steps from the beach, condo. We enjoyed some beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the screened in balcony facing the ocean and overlooking the pool.The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super cozy, comfortable and inviting which gave us restful nights sleep after long days on the beach.Constructive feedback....we both walked away sick (and still are) from uncleaned fans and duck in the bedroom and livingroom which lead to major allergy and sinus issues. We had to stop using them after the first night. Please make sure the whomever cleans, cleans all aspect of the condo and leaves fresh papergoods out for the new guests. This is what we are paying for."

"The house is perfect for a large family. We had 6 adults and 2 3 year olds and we had plenty of rooms and space for all needs. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas that are at the house for those to enjoy the beach. There were also plenty of kids toys for the beach so, no need to rent those. We did rent kayaks and used them off the beach since our seas were calm while we were there. We did encounter no-see-ums which is common this time of year, so, if you go around September or October plan on bringing spray (skin so soft). The pool was great, it is refreshing (even in September). It was a perfect house to rent for that perfect family beach vacation."

"The home has lots of character! The property is on the older side. The price was extremely reasonable! We did have a little trouble with the homes lighting system. The kids loved the pool. The home is spacious and comfortable! Lots of room for everyone."

"A solid family gathering house. Close to beach. Great game room for small and big kids (and younger adults!) Close to Captiva restaurants and room for many to enjoy the property. The house may not be furnished and decorated like some homes that are listed for two or three times the price but it was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. There is no shortage of cabinet space to accommodate what is brought in. For the money- it was a great place to bring my family together for a weekend at the beach. We would return again if we were heading back to Captiva and the beaches for sure."

"The house is beautiful and the beach location is unbeatable. Nice private pool, too. The house had a few maintenance issues, but I have communicated them to the host and feel confident they will be addressed. There was noisy construction right next door, but there is nothing to be done about that. We had a wonderful family vacation with plenty of space for everyone."

"Property was recently renovated. I only have a couple of observations. It would have been nice to have had a bedside lamp on the nightstand in the secondary bedroom. It would have been good to have a broom for quick clean ups of excess sand, etc. The kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever experienced. Will definitely consider this unit for a future stay."

"Need to make it easier to find the unit. We were up and down the stairs looking for the room 2121 reason couldn't find it because the plaque on the building showing the room numbers was off until I called the company . Otherwise enjoyed my stay ."
