"Was a very nice, clean one bedroom condo on the beach. Nice pool right off the balcony with a boardwalk out to the beach. Only two of us but there was a pull out bed in the main room that would be great if visiting with children. The resort and beach was very quiet and relaxing. First time visiting Captiva, would highly recommend anyone considering a great beach get away."

"Property was clean host was available except somewhat delayed when needed. I had my elderly parents with me both TVs were not functioning it took approximately 24 hours to get it resolved. Then the bedroom tv was down again. Parking was perfect."

"My wife and I had a very pleasant stay for one week. The unit was clean, largely as described, and located in a prime location facing the ocean. Loved the view!! The check-in procedure using a coded lock on the door was great and meant there was no need to keep track of a key during our stay. The availability of a golf cart for use during our stay was a real positive and one of the main reasons for selecting this property to rent. Although I only had a few instances to communicate with the host, Marcus, these communications were prompt and answered questions. The kingsize bed and pillows were comfortable, making for good night sleeps. I found the bathroom to be very small with no grab bars around the tub. Getting into and out the bathtub was tedious for older adults. This fact was the only significant complaint I had. It would have been nice to have had a guide to the TV. There were many, many channels available, but somewhat difficult to navigate the system."

"The house was amazing for our family of 10. The grandkids loved the indoor pool and the short walk to the beach was almost too good to be true! Keeping in mind that it’s Florida, the bugs in the kitchen were annoying and a little gross to cook around. The pest control company finally came in on Thursday, we were leaving Saturday morning, but honestly, they were almost worse after they were there. With that being said, we would not hesitate to book this house again because of the location and the fantastic beach!"

"Prime location on the beach with several pools to enjoy as well. Accomodations were quite comfortable for our group of 7 ladies. Full kitchen for "at home" meals or less than .5 mile walk to several restaurants close by. Highly recommend. We hope to return again soon"
