"This is a very nice hotel with parking (small lot) in the middle of lots of things to do. My son hiked Carrauntoohil and I visited the ruins of Muckross monastery and then the Muckross Estate. There were lots of shops & restaurants in the village nearby. Everything was within a 15-30 minute drive. The breakfast was a combination of a buffet and several menu options - all delicious!"

"I've stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times. The rooms are wonderful, and each time I was lucky enough to get a wonderful view looking out at the mountains. I'm normally not one to spend time in a hotel's lobby or sitting room. Usually I'll just go straight to my room and rest there, but Randles is the exception. They have a real wood fire going in their sitting room most evenings, and the staff come out to stone the fire from time to time. My girlfriend and I loved sitting there after our long days, enjoying the sound of the fire and the beautiful decoration of the room. She would read and I would just sit. It was a lovely way to end our evenings. Everything and everyone here was comfortable and accommodating. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"The hotel is in an excellent location to explore Killarney and the national park. Great breakfast to start the day, and the rooms were spacious and lovely. I loved the radiant heated floor in the bathroom! The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. They had a cute little parlor area for cocktails too. "
