The cleaning ladies were wonderful and the buffet in the morning was just what I needed. I would definitely go back and stay there and recommend it to my family and friends. It’s in a great location to go to all the smaller cities around it and you can either walk or take the tram for less than two dollars."

Amazingly appointed room! Just didn’t realize that the bottled water in the room was complimentary & hence did not touch! 﫣 Some minor issues with the climate control in the room but staff did their utmost to resolve the problems. Wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Il Malaspina when we return to Florence. A truly memorable stay! Thank you….beautiful Firenze….magical memories made! ❤️🙏"
