It appears the team may be short-staffed or in need of additional training—at times, there was only one waiter managing 10 to 20 guests. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming boutique, hotel centrally located in old San Juan, Puerto Rico. The open-air design gives it a unique airy feel, while the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning for comfort. I love the thoughtful touches each day – complementary water 24/7, coffee each morning, wine and cheese at 5 o’clock and chocolates on the bed each evening. Room service was impeccable with two daily visits, in the room, a second door effectively kept noise out, making for a peaceful retreat. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and there’s also a fantastic outdoor spot just across the street. The hotel has incredible character and a great location that makes exploring Old San Juan a breeze. It was truly a fantastic experience."
