"location is the star of this property. Home is older and dated but the decor was nice.2 bedrooms were comfortable, 3 bedroom is a converted garage which still had garage feel. (rafters exposed, laudry and water heater in room)the back yard needed maintenance (mow, and weeds)the deck is amazing for view of Tamerack beach and short walk to sand. Spent most of the time on the deck.the home is on a busy street so traffic is to expected.Need to be aware of fees, pretty steep."

"This house was perfect for what we were looking for! It was very close to the beach and provided the stuff needed to enjoy your trips to the beach(i.e. chairs, umbrellas, cart to carry everything). It is very close to downtown Carlsbad Village. It is also close to the interstate, so travel is easy. Finally, the backyard and patio were a perfect place to end the day and relax. The host was great to communicate with and the house offered everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this house!"
