"Bed was SO comfortable! My wife said “it’s the best sleep she’s had in years.” The included breakfast was very nice and milk and cookies at night was a very nice touch. Everyone at the property was very friendly. My only complaint would be that the pool was ICE cold, it would be a very nice touch if it was heated."

"The house and the location were great! We enjoyed our vacation overall. The house is along railroad tracks, which was disclosed and can be loud at night. A neighbor who lives behind the house rang the doorbell at night and asked if her package was delivered. It appears someone stole her package from our porch. We enjoyed the stay and would return. Thank you. "

"This is the second time that we have stayed there. I chose it because it is pet friendly. My son and daughter in-law have a small dog. They stay two nights with us as he only has two days off, Monday and Tuesday. The property has had a major remodel and is very comfortable. It’s close to the beach and I’m able to walk down the street and fish. Lots of restaurants are close by but we try to cook at home at least a couple evenings. The kitchen is well equipped albeit small. That’s fine with me. The beds are very comfortable. And the neighborhood is quiet. The house has all the beach gear needed for a day at the out. There is a parking for my car, and a back yard with fire pit. Outdoor shower to rinse off my sandy feet. I used the propane BBQ grill to cook the salmon I bought at the farmers market. The grill was spotless. Works perfectly. A table and chairs with an umbrella was perfect for my happy hour. We bring food,clothes and my fishing gear. Everything else is there. My happy spot."

"The place was bright and neat. Had a patio in the back with a barbecue which we used every night. Front area was great for the dog and used the fire pit every night, enjoyed it so much i am going to get rid of my wood one and get a gas one. "

"The shades are a bit tricky to operate. You might give better instructions. The neighborhood is great but a bit noisy street side. All the beach stuff was terrific."
