Lying peacefully in the small hamlet village of Abergorlech, this detached holiday cottage, close to the River Cothi, renowned for salmon fishing, offers a perfect touring base for a family or couples looking for an adventure. Explore the nearby Brecon Beacon Mountains (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and Brechfa Forest, natural playgrounds for ramblers, bird watchers and mountain biker’s alike, offering breathtaking views with fantastic walks and bike trails. Visit the traditional market towns of Llandeilo and Carmarthen, both rich with Welsh culture offering plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within a short driving distance. For a family day out, visit the Dolaucothi Gold Mines, Gwili Steam Railway, National Botanical Gardens, historic castles or even take an hour’s drive to the popular tourist resort of Tenby famous for sandy beaches and award winning leisure parks including Oakwood and Folly Farm.
