"Bluefish" -- Named for carefree summers spent fishing with family, Bluefish offers easy indoor-outdoor living on a large corner lot within walking distance to Mission Trail and downtown Carmel! Colorful and bright mid-century décor greets you upon entry to this 2 bed (king, twins), 2 bath cottage. The spacious living room has two seating areas with a wood-burning fireplace, smart TV and sliding door to the back yard. Take in a good book on the patio while enjoying the fresh landscaping and mature oak trees. The galley kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator along with a cozy 2-person table and side-by-side washer and dryer. The formal dining room seats 6. Down the hall, the primary bedroom also has a door to the back patio as well as a smart TV and en suite bathroom with single vanity and stall shower. Along with 2 twin beds, the second bedroom contains a desk suitable for remote work, while the second bathroom contains a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Separate Zen/Yoga studio offers private space for meditation, reading, relaxation, or...yoga! Mats included. There is a carport for one vehicle, plus additional driveway and street parking. Wi-Fi. PETS CONSIDERED. NO SMOKING. 30-NIGHT MINIMUM.
