"5⭐️ customer service. 1⭐️for Expedia My room was cancelled because my credit card didn’t go through. The room was cancelled 3 days prior to arrival. The same day I received an email from Expedia saying you are all set for Carmel. I was never notified by Expedia that the credit card didn’t go through. Luckily the hotel had 1 room for 1 night and the hotel gave me a cheaper rate for my ocean view room than Expedia. The hotel brought Champagne to my room for the inconvenience. The next day the hotel had a cancellation and offered to move our luggage for us to the room at 11 am. Hotel staff was phenomenal. I called Expedia and their customer service was horrible. They offered zero assistance and their only solution was to prepay for the hotel in the future. This was a perfect example of poor customer service The hotel was beautiful , clean, charming and phenomenal employees. Thank you for turning this into a great experience for less money."

"Charming and modernized this was a very comfortable stay in the perfect location. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful. There were so many thoughtful touches in the home to make the guest comfortable including a coffee corner that is a dream for any coffee lover! I would highly recommend!"
