This 2-bed/2-bath beachfront condo has breathtaking views of the Atlantic ocean w/ central location amenities which include the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, easy popovers to amazing, fun restaurants like NautiDog & BRITTS DONUTS to name just a few! Tastefully decorated & every accommodation you will need for a beautiful beach vacation has been provided for you! Full kitchen w/ dishwasher, W/D. Free parking for 2 cars! Private beach access, 3rd floor unit, elevator. NO PETS OWNER IS HIGHLY ALLERGIC!

MK and Angel are always close by so don't hesitate to let us know if you need anything!

The VERY BEST location in Carolina Beach... ON the ocean, watch the ocean waves from your private balcony! Literally seconds from front door to ocean shore! Gated community, private beach access. Britts Donuts is a few blocks away!

There are lots of vehicular options if you cannot or chose not to walk, you can rent golf carts, bikes, etc. (suggestions in Guidebook provided) Everything you need is close but feels private in the gated building community of Cabana de Mar.
Please leave shoes at the door. Please MAKE SURE that your paper parking pass is fully filled out and remains on your rearview mirror to avoid being towed or booted. Please text Spencer should you have any issues or questions. The office downstairs is not for short-term guests.

Please follow check-out instructions. Please do not feed the birds off the balcony and do not hang clothing or towels over the balcony railing. Thank you so much!
