I travel alot, and for a big hotel, I was taken back by the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff, you don't see that enough anymore. We arrived late and was greated by a funny and friendly porter. The reception staff, in the pool and breakfast staff, all went out their way to help us. Would highly recommend "
