Just a few kilometres from Maranello, Reggio Emilia and Modena, Milo Apartment is located 1 km from Sassuolo and is ideal foothold for business trips, wine tours and leisure trips to the Motor Valley and the Apennines.

The flat, in a Residence of Villas, has an independent entrance with 2 showers, one of which is an expensive hydromassage, a protected garage, a large garden, FAST Wi-fi and high quality finishes.

We are available for travel advice and bookings.

Milo Apartment is located on the ground floor.
It has an independent entrance with ample parking in front and private garage on request.

LIVING AREA

It consists of a large, bright room with a sofa, Smart Tv, Wi-fi, hot/cold air conditioning and a Pioneer Stereo system.
There are multiple adjustable light points, readings available, typical spirits and digestives.

KITCHEN

Modern all-wood kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. All essential kitchen utensils and crockery available.

NIGHT AREA

Spacious bedroom with double bed, Hot/Cold Air Conditioning, Wardrobe with hangers, salt lamp and courtesy lights.

BATHROOM AREAS

the main bathroom is located on the ground floor with luxurious hydromassage shower: starry sky, sequential jets, zenit shower, seat and radio.

the second bathroom in the basement includes a second shower. There is also a washing machine and a large utility sink.

You will find a kit with hairdryer, towels, shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel.

OUTSIDE

We have a large, independent garden with flowerbed, dog box and dining area for the fine weather.

Milo Apartment is at your complete disposal.

It is located on the ground floor and does not require a lift.

- The entrance is completely self check-in. On the day of your arrival you will receive a code to open the box where you will find the entrance keys.

The remote control for the automatic garage is provided on request and for stays of at least 7 days. There is ample public parking in front of the house.
