No hemos podido estar mejor en Emphasis. El hotel tiene un encanto especial, tanto por el carisma de Silvia y su familia como por la naturaleza que le rodea. La habitación es maravillosa, con toque rústico y muy acogedora. La comida que prepara Silvia y su marido, no puede estar más buena, es recomiendo probarla sin lugar. Realmente te sientes como en casa y a partir de ahora sera nuestro rincón al que acudiremos para desconectar de la ciudad.

La estáncia en el hotel ha sido muy especial,primero por Sílvia (gerente del hotel) que en todo momento estuvo muy pendiente de que nos faltara de nada. Por otro lado el hotel es muy acogedor y confortable en todas sus habitaciónes.Destacaria la habitación que tiene en la última planta del hotel dedicada a los niños caracterizada por lo amplia que es. Todo muy limpio y con muy buen gusto. Excelente la estancia. Salir de casa en estas condiciones reconforta mucho. Repetiremos.

Prestations trompeuses

Le site web de l'hôtel laisse supposer que les chambres ont une vue montagne. En réalité on nous a donné une chambre avec vue sur un mur en briques, distant d'environ 3 mètres ! La chambre était jolie et propre mais l'insonorisation très légère et le matelas mou. Il y avait une odeur d'égouts dans la salle de douche et la climatisation avait un fonctionnement désagréable : entre trop chaud et trop froid. Internet avait un débit très faible et il n'y avait ni mini-bar ni coffre, ce qui me paraît toutefois secondaire. La patronne est agréable en superficie mais elle n'a pas honte de facturer une chambre qui n'a même pas 2 étoiles avec une vue rédhibitoire à 86 Euros, sans le petit déjeuner. J'en déduis que son amabilité est commerciale. Le soir nous avons dîné sur place (il n'y a rien sur Casserres, c'est un trou). Très très décevant, surtout au regard du prix. Nourriture de cantine d'entreprise. Mon poulet aux champignons était un poulet de grande distribution, avec beaucoup de pommes de terre et quasiment pas de champignons. Le tout cuit de manière basique. Quant à ma femme qui avait demandé un plat végétarien, on lui a juste servi quelques rares légumes trop grillés. L'entrée et le dessert étaient, eux aussi bas de gamme. Au total, un hôtel et un restaurant qui ne tiennent pas leurs promesses. N'hésitez pas à chercher ailleurs. En général le rapport prestations/prix est bon en Espagne et en Catalogne.
