Good morning, Thank you for posting your details of your stay with us.Your encountered poor service was as a result of a very busy evening in our restaurant, and I am pleased our server recognised this and compensated you. As you are aware , early January was unusually very cold, but all of our heating was on , and operating to capacity.I shall pass your comments to our management team so that they improve their performance in the future. Thank you for your review, I am pleased that you encountered a professional service from our staff. We are a town centre family hotel of long standing, and our rooms some of which are on the small side, do not afford us a great view, but otherwise are comfortable and well appointed. Ventilation is never an issue, but we sure do have high humidity at the moment. Pat Jennings MD

Thank you for your positive review, our town centre location mitigates our ability to have a good view for all rooms.Our new dinner menu was launched in mid July, and i think you may fine ,when next in the area, that it is a great asset. Pat Jennings MD
