Schifo!

Hotel chiuso da più di 4 mesi! Arrivati lì davanti era tutto in rovina. Voi di hotels.com ve ne siete lavati le mani dicendo che dovevamo arrivare entro le 12!!! Ma stiamo scherzando? Avete lasciato 2 famiglie in mezzo ad una strada alle nove di sera! Dicendoci che se volevamo potevamo andare a 30km di distanza da dove dovevamo fare la vacanza o potevamo cercare un altra soluzione su altri siti da soli! Mai trattata peggio!!! Vendete cose fasulle e poi dite che voi non lo sapevate... ma se non voi chi doveva saperlo?

Accesso a una SPA.

Non conoscevo la zona, quindi ho prenotato ad intuito, ma sono stato fortunato perchè avevo a portata di mano tutto quello che mi interessava. L'hotel posso definirlo come struttura senza pretese, io ne avevo qualcuna in più.

La stanza era vergognosa. La coperta del letto matrimonuale, era una coperta singola messa per il lato lungo... I materassi, si sono divisi dopo due minuti che ci si era stesi sopra... Il bagno, piccolo e sporco. Hanno fornito a malapena una saponetta Buffet della colazione, semplicemente vergognoso. Erano offerte delle torte confezionate vecchie almeno di una settimana. A parte il caffè, o il cappuccino, non era possibile chiedere altro. Ne pane, ne uova sode, ne prosciutto... Ma, vista la qualità delle torte, forse è stato meglio così.

Net hotel maar gedateerd.

Het hotel heeft betere tijden gekend. Maar oogt gedateerd. De gangen hebben jaren 70 vloerbedekking en de kamers een echte houten vloer. De kamers zijn ruim met een werkende airco en een klein balkon. Het personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels maar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vindt je het niet erg dat het chroom van de kranen is dan is dit een leuk budget hotel n

Hotel carino, camera con l'essenziale che rispecchia la categoria, ottima posizione vicino alle terme e quindi al centro della cittadina. Personale .... dire cortese e dire poco. Ottima la colazione la mattina. Facilità di parcheggio. Che dire da consigliare e da ritornare.

il copriletto aveva due macchie rosse centrali e il bagno aveva un po' di incrostazioni. c'era un forte odore di chiuso in camera. punto di forza: il personale molto gentile.

Abbiamo scelto l'Ambasciatori per un week-end rilassante a Castrocaro; la nostra scelta si è rivelata migliore di ogni aspettativa: cortesia, pulizia e disponibilità regnano sovrane presso questo hotel,ove ritorneremo appena potremo. Un encomio a Giorgia, la segretaria, dotata delle qualità giuste, anche le inservienti sono all'altezza. Consigliato!
