"Worst customer service, they said they will help but no one ever came to help. The waiters were borderline rude. Also, they gave us the wrong room, we booked a double bed but when we checked in, they said they don’t have any available. Like how is that possible if we have the reservation. The beddings also smell, like they weren’t dried properly. "

"Our stay at this resort was nothing short of amazing!! The staff is definitely the highlight of the stay as they are all extremely friendly, warm, welcoming and attentive. The resort itself is beautiful and has everything you would need to have a fabulous time with your family! The animation and entertainment team were super fun and engaging and the food was delicious. Will definitely recommend and we will for sure come back! Had a great time at Catalonia! "

"The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the room was clean. The pool water was also clean and enjoyable. However, the service needs improvement. Some staff were not very welcoming, and I experienced long wait times to be served. The adult side buffet had limited options compared to the main one. The adult pool was very quiet and lacked energy, and overall the resort could use more entertainment. Overall, it’s a nice property, but better service and more options would improve the experience."

"Assistant Carlos - I asked to make restaurant reservations for 6-7pm, we are 2 little kids, like 3 weeks before arriving, somehow he scheduled for 7:45, 8:45 etc. Rooms are old, wet inside, ACs leaking, 2 times issues with safebox. Need restoration. Staff do not speaking minimum English language. For the same amount of money, we had much better experience in another Punta Cana hotel."

"Property and staff was great!! The water park was super fun and my son loved it. Rooms were pretty clean but they never changed out the sheets and pillow cases during my week stay which I didn’t like as much especially with the duration of our stay. The bartenders at the preferred pool were amazing and went above and beyond. Food was ok"
