Decepção

O check in confuso pois não localizavam a reserva e o pagamento, depois ao entrar no quarto a parede da televisão estava imunda, o banheiro com as paredes e loucas encardidos e com diversos bichos (aranhas) pelo quarto. Cama de casal na verdade eram 2 de solteiro juntas. Café da manhã a desejar (pães duros e manteiga na água). Visual do quarto é lindo, mas não compensa.

Quando reservei, achei ele muito bacana pela parte externa. Mas por dentro foi bem diferente. Quarto velho. Digo velho e não antigo. Lâmpada queimada, tomada estragada, ferrugem em toda parte. O café da manhã mesmo, muito fraco.

Belavista Hotel em Ana Rech, péssimo.

Hotel muito velho com manutenção muito pobre. Tudo é velho e com aspecto de sujo. Café da manhã péssimo. Pão visivelmente velho. Frutas de péssimo aspecto. Café frio. Péssimo atendimento. Apesar de ter ficado em uma suite, não havia tapete para a área do banheiro. Frigobar tinha duas latas de suco e uma garrafa de água mineral. Uma lástima. A única coisa boa é o local com muito verde e silencio. Ficou a impressão de que o hotel irá fechar as portas. Só falta marcar a data.

O café-da-manha é fraco, não tem granola, o pão parece velho, assim com as geléias servidas e falta um suco de laranja natural. Devido ao hotel ser em uma área verde, há muitos mosquitos no quarto. Apesar do frio da região, não há ar-condicionado no quarto e a calefação somente é ligada mediante solicitação, a qual tem de ser refeita todos os dias. Travesseiros de espuma fina. Um pouco mais de atenção aos detalhes faria bem.

Hotel não fez a reserva solicitada

Tenho uma péssima experiencia com o Bela Vista Parque Hotel, fiz minha reserva pelo site Expedia, porem quando cheguei no hotel, nos colocaram em um quarto sem televisão e frigobar, o banheiro estava todo cheio de retalhos de azulejos, eram duas camas de solteiros (sendo que somos um casal com um bebe) e fios expostos na tomada. Quando descemos e reclamamos que não era estye quarto feito na reserva o atendente pediu pra esperar o gerente, o qual não veio e depois de um tempo mandou dizer que o site nao tinha enviado a reserva. Com isso perdi dois passeios que faria em Caxias e tive que reservar outro hotel para me hospedar. Liguei para o site e tive que esperar por alguns minutos paa fazer minha reclamação e solicitar uma resposta do que tinha acontecido. O suporte do site me pediu 72 horas para a resposta de quem foi a culpa do ocorrido mas não tive retorno. Não recomendo o hotel espera uma atitude melhor do Expedia

Achei desagradavél, no momento em que cheguei não tinha identificação do estacionamento, tive que estacionar nos fundos e não tinha ninguém para me ajudar retirar as malas do carro... tive que subir as escadas com todas as malas não tinha identificação na porta de entrada e um cachorro começou a rosnar minha esposa se assustou, momentos depois um funcionário apareceu e minha reserva não tinha sido concluida, a geladeira tinha uma garrafa de agua mineral pela metade e uma fechada, a localização e afastada porém tem tudo para ser agradável, mas falta zelo e um atenção aos hóspedes.

Local deixou a desejar. É bonito, mas não há tomadas atualizadas, o que impede o carregamento de equipamentos modernos. Também não há jantar servido no hotel, o que obriga o hóspede a se deslocar pela cidade (com a maior parte dos estabelecimentos fechada após às 13h00). Local, embora tenha um estilo medieval, é muito escuro e oferece pouco conforto. Wi fi estava com problemas durante minha estadia. Ao avisar a recepção, não houve interesse em solucionar o problema. Não vale o custo benefício.

O hotel é muito antigo, precisa urgentemente de reforma. Os quartos e o banheiro são enormes, mas o colchão é péssimo e o chuveiro parece bom, mas quando a gente consegue acertar a temperatura, vêm jatos de água fria e de repente de água muito quente. O café da manhã é bem razoável. O que ainda salva o hotel são os atendentes muito educados, gentis e prontos a ajudar. Porém, não ficaria novamente.
