"I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

"Our room was spacious and lovely and clean, as was the bathroom. The staff were all very pleasant and welcoming. It looked as if our room had been recently renovated and the bedding and towels looked new. The Tvworked well and we were able to access bbc iplayer and itv x etc. All in all a very good hotel,we will certainly be back."

"Really loved the hotel. Bedroom is nice and simple. There are a few cracks about and licks of paint needed but otherwise the hotel stands nicely and is a comfortable place to stay. I will say the rooms on the upper floors are warm from the rising heat but the hotel provided a fan which was great. All in all a comfortable stay!"

"We stayed in the small double as we knew we’d be early evening arrival. Reception staff were very cheerful, helpful and explained breakfast time. If you’d rather have your car in their car park definitely phone and do that as on street parking is good if you can get space. Breakfast is buffet style and is very good with continental and full English available. We will stay here again."
